Byron Talbott has excellent tutorial videos on his YouTube Chanel and has inspired us to create this super healthy, easy to cook menu. Combined with an awesome cauliflower rice (recipe from POPSUGAR) you are sure to impress your guests.
Side dish 1 - Sugar Spiced Glazed Carrots Peel your carrots and cut them thick. In a saucepan, combine butter, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, brown sugar, and some cayenne pepper. Add your carrots to the mixture and add half a cup of water. Let this braise until the carrots are tender and the liquid reduces to a nice glaze.

Side dish 2 - Beet Salad Bowl beets for 20 minutes. Wait for them to cool down. Peel off the skin and cut them up. Include a goat cheese, rosemary and greek yogurt mixture to this dish to serve.

Main Dish - Steak with carmalized onions and herb butter Trim down your flat iron steak. Remove excess fat and connecting tissues. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Preheat your oven to 500 degrees. In the meantime, add canola oil or grape seed oil into your saucepan and sear steak for 5 minutes on one side and than turn the other side for 2 to 3 minutes. Place your pieces on an oven tray with chopped onion, butter, and thyme deglazed with red wine vinegar Cook in the oven for 10 min. Garnish with some hotel butter: room temperture butter + parsley +fine minced onions. Serve with Cauliflower Rice.
